yeah so yesterday had vball.

before that i ate a sandwhich. made up of lots of veg.

my dog ate my ham and most of my bread -.-

i also had a cup of coffee.

then hor.

when training that time i almost fainted/vomited

cause i didnt have enough sugar in me to function.

then missed out on the first hour.

yeah.

homed. had subway!!!!!

bro leaving today for overseas trip to batam.
